Shipment History

The Shipment History page shows all of the closed shipments for your location. From this page you can view the details for each shipment and view shipment reports.

The Shipment List shows the following information for each closed shipment:

• The Shipment ID
• The date and time that each shipment was closed.
• The number of packages and receptacles included in the shipment.
• Any notes associated with the shipment.
• Links to view the Shipment Summary Report and the Shipment Detail Report.

View the Shipment

To view the details for a closed shipment, locate its row in the Shipment List and then click its Shipment ID. This will take you to the Shipment Detail page for that shipment.

View Reports

To view reports for a closed shipment, locate its row in the shipment list and then click its Summary or Detail link in the Reports column. This will take you to the Shipment Summary Report or the Shipment Detail Report.

View Receptacle Tracking Events

Labelers who use receptacles can view the posted tracking events for each receptacle in a closed shipment.  

On the Shipment History page, expand the appropriate closed shipment and locate the receptacle that you want to view tracking events for.  Click its Receptacle ID link.  GSS opens the Receptacle Information page for that receptacle.  Tracking events are posted in the grid below the receptacle's information.
