The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Census Bureau require mailers who ship packages internationally to provide Automated Export System Internal Transaction Numbers (AES/ITN) or Exemption Exclusion Legend (EEL) codes on Customs declaration forms.

Provide Proof of Filing Citation or select a common item from Exemption/Exclusion Legend in dropdown. For additional exemptions call the U.S. Census Bureau at 1-800-549-0595.
Exemption/Exclusion Legend:
NOEEI 30.37(a): Value of each class of goods is $2,500 or less, when an export license is not required.
NOEEI 30.36: Shipments destined to Canada, when an export license is not required.
NOEEI 30.37(q): Goods will return to the U.S. in less than 1 year from date of export.
NOEEI 30.2(d)(2): Goods shipped between the United States and U.S. territories or from a U.S. territory to a foreign country. For this Exemption/Exclusion Legend, U.S. territories include Guam, American Samoa, Wake Island, Midway Island, and the Northern Mariana Islands, but do not include Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If the receptacle is a Pass-Through PPMODI pallet (an international pallet that will be transported to the ISC by the USPS, containing packages with a single destination country), select this check box. Otherwise, leave the check box empty.
